Entry Level Marketing and Customer Success
Hey, I’m Haley, I am detail-oriented and quite creative. I discovered my creative abilities when I was 10 years old, and since then I’ve taught myself how to paint, draw, play multiple instruments, and so much more!
I’m self-led and not scared to stray away from the usual. At 14 years old, I ran my own freelance landscaping business. I was told by many elders that a teen can’t successfully run a business, but I proved them wrong. By the end of the summer, I offered over ten services and had fifteen customers, twelve of which returned the following summer.

I improved the overall customer success of a website.
✨ I identified areas of a website that had room for improvement and kept the customer in mind while making edits.
I created a series of Facebook ads for a company.
📱 I noticed a company’s Facebook was dormant for years, so I created a series of ads to show what I could do if I was on their social media marketing team.
I created a chatbot for a website that didn’t have one.
💬 I work for a retail company called Dollar General. When inspecting their website, I noticed they lack a chatbot. I created a chatbot that is easy to implement into any website.
I organized bookings for a taxi company using Google Sheets.
📋 When I tried to do business with this company, I noticed they didn’t seem very organized. I decided to organize their bookings using simple equations in Google Sheets.
